DLA Piper and Aon Cyber Solutions have published the second Edition of ‘The Price of Data Security: A guide to the insurability of GDPR fines across Europe’.
The scale of fines following the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) a year ago has generated concern – particularly with the largest fine to date earlier in the year of EUR50 million.
