I had the distinct privilege last week to participate in “The Bridge,” the second annual Israel-Australia Investment Summit, in Sydney, Australia.
See the link below for more details on the incredibly well organized and executed program:

The energy in and around the event was so vibrant and it was an amazing eye opener to see how interested this market has become in Israeli innovation, despite being more than 14,000 km away. I met with the investment and legal teams of several of the top Australian corporates, both in Sydney and in Melbourne, and discussed the possibility of inbound investments in Israeli technology (relevant to the development and growth of their products and services).
Here is a recent article that captures this trend as well.

We have also seen a dramatic spike in the number of Israeli companies doing business in Australia, including several whom are considering the possibility of listing on the ASX.
Kudos to all of those in the ecosystem (including our dear friends, Ambassador Dave Sharma and Paul Israel of the Israel-Australia Chamber of Commerce) whom are promoting this increased dialogue and awareness, which is no doubt sparking opportunities and a dramatic increase in activity.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any inquiries with respect to bridging into this ecosystem.
