Those doing business in Mexico are beginning to feel the impact of certain amendments to its labor laws. The amendments, put in place in April 2021, affect the way businesses subcontract or outsource personnel in Mexico. In essence, the changes effectively prohibit employers in Mexico from subcontracting their personnel.
