Lewis J. Greenwald (Partner) and Naftali Z. Dembitzer (Of Counsel) from DLA Piper‘s New York office, presented at a tax conference that was held on June 12, 2019 at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Lewis and Naftali spoke about “Transfer Pricing Challenges of the Digital Economy”, focusing on the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) recent proposals regarding taxation in the digital economy and its implications, as well as US Federal & State and Local taxes affecting the digital economy. Other speakers included Alina Frenkel Ronen, Vice President and Chairwoman of the Forum of CEOs, CFOs, Comptrollers, and Employees; Amnon Neubach, Chairman of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange; Eyal Bar Zvi, Partner and Head of Transfer Pricing at Herzog Fox & Neeman; and Dror Biterman of the Israel Tax Authority.

The event was attended by members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and other finance and legal professionals.
